Project CARS is a game that’s been delayed more times than I can count. Apparently, though, this time the release date is set in stone for May 8th, which is a little less than a month away, as of this post. Oh, and just take Bandai Namco’s word for it.
Look, I love racing games as much as the next guy, but it’s kind of my job to be a bit uneasy about the release of this game after multiple delays and nothing more than a Tweet from the company that is assuring me of its release.
Either way, the game was originally racing onto PS4, Xbox One and PC in November of 2014. The developer, Slightly Mad Studios, whom you may remember from Need for Speed: Shift, promptly decided to delay the game three times due to polishing and making sure the game is ready. Like I said, the game will be available May 8th on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC with a version for the Wii U sometime later.
