Call of Duty: WWII Breaks $500 Million in Sales

To put it mildly, Call of Duty: WWII had a successful three-day launch. In these first few days, the game has already eclipsed $500 million in sales worldwide. These sales numbers come out to about twice as many units sold compared to last year’s Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.

Along with worldwide sales, Activision has also announced that the game has “set a record as the best-selling digital full game by units sold on its first day of availability” on PlayStation 4.

Finally, WWII has set the record for the highest number of connected users for current generation consoles and PC. Call of Duty: WWII is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.  Check out the full sales announcement from Activision by clicking here.
