One of the most striking games of the year is going portable. REPLACED, the cinematic 2.5D sci-fi platformer from Sad Cat Studios, is coming to Android on December 8.
Set in an alternate 1980s America, REPLACED drops you into the artificial body of R.E.A.C.H. as he navigates Phoenix City, a place run by a corrupt corporation. It is a story about what it means to be human — identity, control, and survival in a world that treats people like parts.
The Android version arrives through the Google Play Games on PC program, which means your progress carries seamlessly between mobile and PC. Start on your phone, keep going on your computer, and never lose your place in Phoenix City.
REPLACED has already found a big audience, with more than 900,000 players since its Spring 2026 launch. If you missed it the first time around — or you just want to replay it on the go — December 8 is your date.
