Trophy Whores 366 – Rockstar’s Money Magnets

Red Dead Redemption.  Grand Theft Auto.  Whether we’re talking RDR 2 or GTA 6, Rockstar Games, and parent company Take Two Interactive, stand to make a lot of money off of its workhorse series.  During its first week of sales, Red Dead Redemption 2 went Tyrannosaurus Rex on entertainment sales records and forcibly dislodged the crown of King of Video Games.  In the first week of sales.  We’ll have to see if Red Dead 2 can keep the momentum going — or if it taps out after the second plate at a Chinese buffet.
