Tricky and Alex celebrated Super Bowl Sunday with each other — as well as a guest who has no rooting interest in the game. To be fair, Tricky is a Giants fan, and Alex likes Packers, so no one has a stake in the Lombardi Trophy this year.
Some people play for trophies and accolades on the gridiron, while others play for trophies and honors on the PlayStation Network. The Trophy Whores prefer the couch. You don’t get hit nearly as hard when you are sitting in front of your television and have a PlayStation controller in your hand.
Even without two of the Four Whoresmen, silliness abounds. Join our team of virtual football champions and armchair MVPs as we discuss, among other things, Apotheon, Mirror’s Edge Catalyst, Doom, and World of Tanks. We’ve got more than football on our minds this week. Who doesn’t like pizza, wings, or Nathan Drake? He didn’t make it to the Super Bowl halftime show, but if you keep your eyes open, you might catch Nate on the horizon.
