Housemarque released the long awaited follow up to top down twin stick shooter Dead Nation on the PlayStation 4 today. Alienation is Housemarque’s biggest game yet and aims to engage fans of their previous titles as well as fans of games like Destiny. With it’s RPG lite progression system, 4 player drop in drop out co-op system, full campaign, and loot system, Alienation is all geared up to take the Playstation by storm. Alongside of it’s three main player classes Tank, Bio-Specialist, and Saboteur, realistic fluid tech, and crazy explosions the developers tout that this is the biggest and most colorful world they have ever created.
Fans of Dead Nation will find here the same ruthless gunfights and overwhelming tide of enemies they loved to hate in our zombie title – with a boost: there’s no place to hide or escape, only skill and planning can get you out of the carnage in one piece! At the same time, those who appreciate Resogun will be mesmerized by the same familiar brand of total destruction and kinetic neon action.
Alienation will release at $19.99 USD and is available digitally on the Playstation store.
