New Xbox Games This Week: Blake Manor, Mouthwashing and a Game Pass Horror Feast (Week of October 26)

Xbox Wire counts 50 games landing between October 26 and 30, and Halloween week leans hard into horror — plus Game Pass subscribers get a genuinely stacked run of day-one and catalog drops. Here are the ones that matter.

The Séance of Blake Manor — Tuesday, October 27 — Xbox Series X|S — Game Pass / Xbox Play Anywhere — $19.99

The week’s best Game Pass get. Spooky Doorway’s supernatural detective mystery drops you into an 1897 Irish hotel on the night of a grand séance, hunting a missing woman while every interview burns precious time. It was one of PC’s best-reviewed games of the last year (89 Metacritic), and it lands on Game Pass Ultimate, Premium and PC Game Pass day one on console.

Scramble Knights Online (Game Preview) — Monday, October 26 — Xbox Series X|S — Game Pass / Xbox Play Anywhere — $12.99

Funktronic Labs scrapped its battle-royale plans mid-development and rebuilt this as an MMO-lite co-op action RPG — bite-sized, Zelda-inspired quests, dungeons and loot in the shared kingdom of Terracott, solo or with up to four knights. It is in Game Preview (Early Access) and included with Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.

Mouthwashing — Thursday, October 29 — Xbox Series X|S — Game Pass / Xbox Play Anywhere — $12.99

The stranded-freighter horror hit joins Game Pass the same day it launches on Xbox. Wrong Organ’s story of Captain Curly and his doomed crew is short, nasty and unforgettable — play it with the lights off and the volume up, then sit quietly for a bit.

Terrible Lizards — Thursday, October 29 — Xbox Series X|S — Game Pass day one / Smart Delivery / Xbox Play Anywhere — price TBA

First-person horror parkour: your car dies outside Dalton’s Dinos, a faded Route 66 dinosaur attraction in 1992 New Mexico, the staff are gone, a voice on a telephone begs you to find a missing child — and you cannot fight what is hunting you. You run, climb, wall-run and slide. Day one on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.

The Wolf Among Us Remastered — Thursday, October 29 — Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One — $24.99

Telltale’s definitive edition of its Fables noir: all five episodes, enhanced visuals, the new Noir Mode, five restored Lost Scenes and over an hour of developer interviews, with launch discounts up to 50% for original owners. Full details in our earlier post: The Wolf Among Us Remastered.

Queen’s Domain — Friday, October 30 — Xbox Series X|S — $19.99 ($16.99 pre-order)

A love letter to King’s Field: a first-person retro-fantasy action RPG on a labyrinthine island, armed with the Legendary Holy Sword Endu — which doubles as your wings between platforms. 50+ melee weapons, 100+ enemies, dozens of hours. From Freshly Baked Games and Future Friends.
