November’s PlayStation Plus Monthly Games are official, and this is one of the stronger months of the year. Sony announced the lineup on Wednesday, and all three games will be available to add to your library from Tuesday, November 3 through Monday, November 30 for every PlayStation Plus member — Essential, Extra and Premium tiers alike. Add them during that window and they’re yours to play for as long as your subscription stays active. And thanks to one of the three being a full trilogy in a single download, you’re technically getting five games this month.
Dead Island 2 (PS5, PS4)
The headline act. Dead Island 2 drops you in HELL-A — a quarantined, blood-soaked Los Angeles — for first-person zombie slaying built around brutal melee combat and Dambuster Studios’ FLESH system, which chews zombies up in spectacularly gross detail. Pick from six slayers, build your deck of skill cards, mod your weapons into flaming, electrified nonsense, and bring friends: the whole campaign supports online co-op for up to three players. It’s rated M for Mature, it took the scenic route through development hell to get here, and it was absolutely worth the wait. If you skipped it in 2023, there’s no excuse left.
Tomb Raider IV–VI Remastered (PS5, PS4)

This is the three-for-one. Aspyr’s collection bundles the whole Darkness Trilogy: Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation (Lara in Egypt, racing her mentor Von Croy to an ancient tomb), Tomb Raider: Chronicles (a globe-trotting set of flashback adventures told after Lara is presumed dead), and Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness (the darker, divisive Paris-and-Prague chapter). Like the I–III Remastered collection before it, you can swap between the original polygonal look and the updated visuals at the press of a button, choose modern or classic tank controls, and mess around in photo mode. Three full adventures, one download.
Monster Train 2 (PS5)

The indie pick, and a seriously good one. Shiny Shoe’s sequel to the hit deckbuilding roguelite puts you back aboard a train defending its Pyre across three floors at once — only this time the war spans Hell, Heaven and the Abyss, with five new clans, new Room and Equipment cards, and an uneasy alliance between angels and demons against the Titans. It was one of the best-reviewed roguelites of 2025, and it’s the kind of game that eats a weekend before you notice. One catch: this one’s PS5 only — there’s no PS4 version in the lineup.
Last Chance — October’s Games Leave Tomorrow
Before the new lineup lands, claim October’s games if you haven’t already: F1 25 (PS5), Hunt: Showdown 1896 (PS5) and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2 (PS4, PS5) all rotate out on Monday, November 2. Even if none of them are next on your list, add them to your library anyway — it takes ten seconds and they’re yours while you subscribe.
Sony hasn’t detailed November’s PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium Game Catalog additions yet — those usually land mid-month, and we’ll have them covered when they’re announced. And if you’re on the other side of the fence this weekend, the clock is ticking there too: 9 Games LEAVE Xbox Game Pass TONIGHT covers the nine games that left Microsoft’s service at midnight.
