The PUBG IVE collaboration is real, and it is not a small one. KRAFTON has launched Update 44.1 for PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS on PC today, November 4, and the entire patch revolves around K-pop stars IVE. PlayStation and Xbox players get the crossover when the update reaches consoles on November 12.
All six members of IVE, Gaeul, Yujin, Rei, Wonyoung, Liz and Leeseo, arrive in the game with their likenesses faithfully recreated. Their hit song LOVE DIVE provides the theme for the whole event, covering costumes and accessories as well as weapon and gear skins. If you have ever wanted to earn a chicken dinner dressed like a K-pop idol, this is your patch.
PUBG IVE Turns Rondo Into a LOVE DIVE Playground
Rondo is where the collaboration truly lives. Three IVE Spots are scattered across the map, including an IVE Mansion where players can watch the group’s music video in game. Emote stages also appear on the starting islands of Rondo, Erangel, Miramar, Taego, Deston and Vikendi, so the show starts before the plane even leaves the ground.
On PC, screens surrounding the emote stages play IVE’s music video, while the console version swaps in themed album artwork. Interactive additions join the loot pool too, including a Cupid Crossbow and a mischievous Cupid Chicken Man. New emotes use IVE songs and choreography, and synchronized group emotes play the track out loud for everyone nearby.
Two Brutal New PvE Modes Join the Rotation
Update 44.1 is far more than cosmetics. HLB: Dawnbreakers of Rondo is a harder sequel to the SLB mode set in Jadena City. The Enhanced Special Hungers attack more often, deal more damage and respawn at shorter intervals, while capacitors used to repair parts have less health. Extra fuel cans scattered around the zone offer some compensation. The mode runs on PC from November 4 to 25, and on console from November 12 to December 3.
Xeno Point: Hell pushes players even further. The new Hell difficulty, exclusive to Xeno Point, adds a fourth sector and scales for groups of one to four players. A leaderboard ranks everyone by final boss clear time, turning survival into a speedrun. It is available on PC from November 18 to December 2, and on console from November 26 to December 10.
Fantasy PUBG, Vehicles and Voice Chat Get Attention Too
Esports fans have not been forgotten. PUBG Fantasy receives a round of improvements ahead of PGC 2026, including more time to build a roster, points and rankings that update after each match, friend rankings and the ability to view previous rosters. Vehicle durability has been increased, spectators can now see Blue Chip status, inventory and attachments, and in-game voice chat quality has been improved.
