The mud, snow, and questionable life choices are back. Focus Entertainment and developer Saber Interactive have announced that SnowRunner Season 19: Research & Restore is live now, taking players to the harsh winter of Switzerland — and it might be the season’s most beautiful destination yet.
Season 19 introduces a brand-new Switzerland winter region with three expansive maps. Your objectives this time lean into the research theme: renovate the space observatory, fix an old viaduct, secure the roads from avalanches, and help a hot-air balloon festival take to the skies. It is the classic SnowRunner loop — haul cargo through terrain that hates you — dressed up in Alpine scenery and some genuinely charming missions. An observatory renovation is about as on-brand for this series’ quiet wholesomeness as it gets.
Two new trucks join the fleet. The Wortek 250T is a Heavy-class workhorse with a huge add-on selection and one of the largest fuel tanks in its class — built for the long, cold hauls the Swiss maps will demand. The 8×8 Derry Savior is the maneuverability play: three steering axles and impressive pulling power, which sounds tailor-made for threading avalanche-cleared roads and rescuing your friends’ stuck trucks. If you play SnowRunner the way most people do, that Derry Savior is going to spend a lot of time winching.
Season 19 is available now for Year 5 Pass owners on consoles and PC, per the release. SnowRunner is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC.
