The Cruise Control demo is live on Steam right now, giving you an early boarding pass for No More Robots’ self-developed time-management strategy game. Your job: give eager holidaygoers the ultimate cruise ship experience — or they may just throw you overboard.
In Cruise Control, you design your ship around your passengers’ needs, then keep adapting as each voyage gets busier, messier and more demanding. Every level brings unique objectives, ship layouts and themed destinations.

Cruise Control Demo: Keep the Guests Happy, Keep the Ship Afloat
The guests are always right, apparently. You will need to meet their demands in time, avoid long queues and keep disgruntled passengers from sinking your business before it leaves port.
All hands on deck: stay on top of cleaning, repair broken-down facilities and hire extra staff when the chaos ramps up. Cozy chaos fans should also check out the PowerWash Simulator 2 Barbie Pack bringing a very different kind of cleanup to Malibu.
Surprises are part of the itinerary. One voyage might need extra cinema screens and popcorn for a Film Festival, while another offers a rare sighting of the Northern Lights — if you remembered enough binoculars.

Between trips, you can upgrade facilities to boost efficiency, like adding buffet seating before the next crowd boards hungry. It scratches a similar cozy-management itch as Petit Planet, HoYoverse’s 2027 life sim.
The Cruise Control demo is free on Steam today, with the full launch planned for early 2027. The demo launched as part of No More Robots’ second Publisher Showcase on November 3, alongside the publisher’s Steam sale.
You can play the Cruise Control demo on Steam now and wishlist the full game ahead of early 2027.
